Additional Information about Olive Fest 2001

Q. What will the food be?
A. There will be many kinds of olives, as you might expect. You will also be able to sample pickles and garlic as well. We will also have other delectables … in the hors d’oeuvres category.

Q. Will this count as dinner?
A. Technically no, although you will not starve either. After our shindig, if you choose, you can try the NEW Loring Pasta Bar (4th Street at 14th Avenue SE). You do not have to be hip to go there. You actually get hip by being there. But come to our place FIRST, please.

Q. How about beverages?
A. They should be in the range of OK to pretty good.

Q. Will I make valuable industry contacts?
A. Although we cannot speak for you individually, we do intend this to have networking value.

Q. Is parking is impossible in Dinkytown? Where should I park?
A. Parking in Dinkytown is NOT impossible!. The lot to the left of the building as you face the front entrance on 5th Street is a good first choice. There are other inexpensive lots and some street parking as well.

Q. Do I have to RSVP?
A. We would deeply appreciate it. We need to know how many people are coming so we can gauge the amount of olives, other delectables and beverages to have on hand. Please RSVP to Olive@ArchWing.com

Q. Can I bring a friend/guest?
A. Yes, but please RSVP for both of you.

Q. Will there be a parade? Don’t most festivals have a parade?
A. Although most festivals do have a parade, we have not scheduled one.
